About Kompass
Our Founder's story /
Kompass was founded by Martin Preisler, whose background spans both construction and technology. He grew Preisler Construction from a startup to a 42-person company in two years, partnered in an IT company that reached £50M in annual turnover within six years, and advised Noble Inns Group through a successful acquisition.
Originally from Denmark and a graduate of Copenhagen Business School, Martin spent just over a year in Paris, where he became a partner in the company before relocating to London to establish its UK and Ireland office. He led export sales across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, and Central and Eastern Europe, before going on to establish and run the construction company that would later shape Kompass's operational foundations.
Kompass was created to bring structure and professionalism to outbound, replacing ad hoc outreach with systematic processes that support business growth in high-trust industries.
